Our school offers getaways and health experiences in addition to 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Kerala  200-, and 300-hour yoga teacher training programs. In order to assist students develop a solid foundation in both practice and teaching, the curriculum is carefully crafted to address all facets of yoga, including Hatha and Vinyasa practices, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methods.
