    Tune Up Utilites 2009 вполне подойдёт

    "Снизить занимаемое на место" может и не получиться, смотря какой исходный формат. Но попробуй VirtualDubMod. Если твое исходное видео, скажем, уже в MPEG-4 или подобном, то тут можно только попробовать уменьшить разрешение или снизить битрейт видео (где-нить до 700 кбит/с или ниже), но от этого серьезно пострадает качество. Если исходный формат другой, то попробуй переконвертировать в DivX/Xvid - размер должен снизиться. Также может помочь переконвертирование звуковых потоков. Иногда пихают в многоканальном AC-3, иногда вообще несжатые. Если звук некритичен, то пережми его в какой-нить mp3 с abr 128-160 кбит/с.
